Delivery
- UK delivery — FREE on orders of £50.00 or more; £4.95 below that.
- International delivery — we ship to 100+ countries; rates and options are shown at checkout.
- Dispatch — orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 2–5 business days (UK) or 7–14 business days (international).
- Tracking — you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Please note international orders may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns
Changed your mind? No problem. You may return any unopened, unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
How to return an item
- Contact us via the contact page with your order reference (e.g. FX-XXXXXXXX) and the item(s) you wish to return.
- We'll reply within one business day with your return authorisation and the return address.
- Post the item back to us — we recommend a tracked service, as return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Once received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If anything arrives damaged, leaking, faulty, or simply not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order reference. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — including return postage.
What can't be returned
- Opened or used fragrances (for hygiene and safety reasons), unless faulty.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Every product we sell is 100% genuine. If an item is ever found not to be authentic, we will refund you in full — no time limit, no questions asked.
